By using this website and placing an order with PRIVÉ8SEVEN ("P87", "we"), you agree to the terms below.

Orders and payment

Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). An order is confirmed only after we receive your payment by bank transfer or DuitNow / Touch 'n Go QR and your order details on WhatsApp. Please transfer the exact order amount.

Shipping

We ship within Malaysia only. A flat shipping fee of RM12.00 applies to all orders. Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation and usually arrive in 2-4 business days via J&T Express or PosLaju with tracking. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the courier.

Returns and exchanges

You may return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 14 days of receiving them. Contact us on WhatsApp to start a return. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Items that are worn, washed or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

We try to show colours and sizes accurately, but colours may look slightly different on your screen. Please check the Size Guide before ordering.

Intellectual property

The PRIVÉ8SEVEN name, the P87™ mark, designs and images on this website belong to us and may not be copied or used without permission.
