PRIVÉ8SEVEN ("P87", "we") is a Malaysian streetwear brand based in Labuan. This page explains what information we collect when you use this website and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you place an order, you enter your name, phone number, email, delivery address and optional notes at checkout. This information is used only to process and deliver your order.

How your order is sent to us

This website does not store orders on a server. When you press "Confirm & Send Order", your order details are placed into a WhatsApp message to our business number, and you send it from your own WhatsApp. Your information is therefore handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy, and by us when we receive the message.

Newsletter

If you join our "Inner Circle" newsletter, the website opens WhatsApp with a message containing your email address, which you send to us yourself. We use it only to tell you about new drops and offers, and you can ask us to remove it at any time.

Payment

We accept manual bank transfer and DuitNow / Touch 'n Go QR. We never ask for card numbers on this website. Payment proof you send us (such as a screenshot) is used only to confirm your payment.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser's local storage is used only to remember your shopping cart and wishlist on your own device. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

Sharing

We share your name, phone number and delivery address with our courier partners (such as J&T Express or PosLaju) only so your parcel can be delivered. We do not sell your personal information.
